It Was An Evening In October, And I Was Far From Sober, And Draging Home A Load With Manly Pride; When My Feet Began To Stutter, I Laid Down In The Gutter, And A Pig Came And Laid Down By My Side. We Warbled, "It's Fair Weather When Good Fellows Get Togather," Till A lady Passing By Was Heard To Say; "You Can Tell A Man Who Boozes By The Company He Chooses". The Pig Got Up And Slowly Walked Away.
